Dans une élégante bâtisse du 16e arrondissement se cache un musée aussi ludique qu’instructif : le Musée de la Contrefaçon. Derrière sa façade haussmannienne, ce lieu singulier dévoile un monde d’imitations, de faux brillants et de vraies questions.

Créé en 1951 par l’Union des fabricants, le musée présente une collection unique d’objets contrefaits face à leurs originaux. À l’extérieur, rien ne trahit la nature atypique de ce musée, si ce n’est une plaque discrète à l’entrée d’un hôtel particulier typiquement parisien.
